Rental basics

Is the price really final?

Yes. The price includes premium insurance, taxes, and all fees. There are no hidden costs.

What documents and license are required?

Your home country license is valid for us (though we recommend an international permit). At delivery, we take a quick digital photo of your license and passport, so you keep the originals.

How do I collect my car?

Our driver will meet you in your hotel lobby or at your villa.

What happens if I scratch the car?

We usually don't charge for tiny scratches. For any bigger damage to the car, your maximum cost is 110 USD. Insurance covers the rest.

How can I cancel if my plans change?

You can cancel for free at any time - no questions asked.

Is there a catch?

Just one: the car has to stay in Bali, so no ferries to Lombok or Java. Otherwise, enjoy the ride!
