Do I have to pay upfront to book?

Answer

You don’t need to pay online. We deliver the car, you inspect it, and you only pay if you like it. You can cancel for free anytime before your trip, or on the spot if you decide the car isn't for you.

Do you hold funds on my credit card?

Answer

No. We do not require a credit card at any point. We simply ask for a 110 USD cash deposit. Refunded when you return the car.

Question 3

What happens if I scratch the car?

Answer

We usually don't charge for tiny scratches. For any bigger damage to the car, your maximum cost is 110 USD. Insurance covers the rest.

Question 4

Do you deliver to the airport or my hotel?

Answer

We offer free delivery and pickup to Airport, Ubud, Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua and Sanur.

Question 5

What documents and license are required?

Answer

Your home country license is valid for us (though we recommend an international permit). At delivery, we take a quick digital photo of your license and passport, so you keep the originals.

Is there a catch?

Answer

Just one: the car has to stay in Bali, so no ferries to Lombok or Java. Otherwise, enjoy the ride!

What is driving in Bali actually like?

Answer

It's a mix. In busy hubs like Canggu and Ubud, expect slow traffic. Outside them, you'll find open roads and gorgeous drives through mountains, villages, and rice terraces.

Is it difficult to adjust to driving on the left?

Answer

Most people adjust within the first hour. All our cars are automatic, so there's no wrong-hand gear shifting to worry about - just take it slow the first day and follow the flow of traffic.

Will Google Maps work?

Yes - Google Maps works well across Bali, and every car has CarPlay & Android Auto built in.

Where do I park?

Answer

Most restaurants, beaches, and attractions have parking. On streets, attendants in vests will wave you in and watch your car for about 5,000 IDR.

Will police pull me over?

Answer

Tourist stops mostly involve scooters. In a car, you're rarely stopped. Just wear your seatbelt and stay off your phone.

How does buying petrol work in Bali?

Answer

Official gas stations (Pertamina) are everywhere. An attendant will pump the petrol for you while you pay through the window. Petrol costs around 14,000 IDR per liter (around 0.80 USD).
