Modifying reservation

You can view, edit or cancel your reservation at any time. Simply go to the My Reservation page and enter your email address and reservation number (you can find this in the confirmation email you received after completing the booking process).

Don't have your reservation number? No problem, just send us email with as many reservation details as you can (car, dates, first and last name, time of booking) and we will restore your number.

Changing dates

• Extending the rental period – there is no fee for this, we charge for additional days according to the rates
• Making the rental period shorter – no fee, all cancelled days will be refunded

Changing delivery area, address or flight number

No fee for these changes

Canceling Your Reservation

No problem, 100% will be refunded
